Control Room Operations
Our control room is operational round the clock. Various functions coordinated /controlled
from the control room:
- Deployment of security personnel
- Reporting of arrival/departure of guards at various assignments
- Taking care of Security duties and arranging relief in case of a guard falling sick or not
being in a position to report for duty, for any other reasons.
- Recording of complaints from the clients, taking remedial action under intimation to
the clients and keeping own management informed of these
- Coordinating night checks.
- Handling incidents like fire, bomb threat, medical injuries etc. reported by guards
from clients premises.

VERIFICATION
Although Police verification is carried out of the Security personnel being recruited, our
verification team also verifies the same, after visiting their residences. Since we are a
Verification Agency we can carry out the verification of our own Guards. They are vetted and
duly verified by the Police Department before deployment. They are given additional training
for specific duties required at client's premises. Special emphasis is laid by us on gate house
handling (including regulation of authorized entries of personnel /vehicles/ stores /equipment
etc.] patrolling, fire fighting, first aid, handling emergency situations, maintenance of
documents.
RECRUITMENT
Our staff consists of trained and experienced person. The Minimum educational qualification
for recruitment of our guards is fixed as Matriculation. Hence, to enroll a new guard our
recruitment process being only through a reference from the existing employee, and verified
from the enrolled person is given by the referee himself.
RECRUITMENT CRITERION OF OUR SECURITY PERSONNEL
- Minimum Qualification - Class 10th Minimum
- Age - Between 21 to 45 years
- Height -5'6"/5'7" & above
- Smartly uniformed and equipped for Summer & Winter is provided to all security
personnel
- Fitness Physically fit and mentally alert
- The security personnel are deployed after proper training & briefing Due importance is
given to periodic site & post specific training
- Apart from performing basic security duties the security personnel also perform duties
within the parameters / framework of client's special instructions
- High motivation level is maintained through regular interaction & training Financial
support wherever necessary is also provided
- Regular site visits as well as surprise checks are made by our officers to check the
performance , alertness and turnout of the deployed guard, appropriate action is
against erroneous duty performer
- Police verification is carried out for all security personnel
- Incidents which occur at the site are immediately reported & recorded by the security
personnel subsequently our officers are also informed who then immediately attended
to such incidents
- The behavior and personal conduct of the security personnel is generally polite but firm.
They strictly follow the site instructions given to them. Security personnel have a helpful
and positive approach towards.
TRAINING
Basic class room and physical training to include Principles of Security, Security Procedures, Fire
fighting, First Aid and such subjects which are prescribed in the PSARA. This also includes
technical know-how, handling of Electronic Equipments specific to Security Management,
personality development / grooming, personal hygiene housekeeping and other mandatory
norms. All personnel provided by us are fully trained in security related assignments. We give
them theoretical and practical training before putting them for duty at the posts. The Guard
hence enrolled is given 01 weeks of site training and 01 week on job training for a smooth
transfer of responsibilities

ON JOB TRAINING
Apart from the basic training imparted to the Guarding Personnel, we ensure that on the job
training is also carried out wherein the focus is on the specific duties of the personnel deployed
at various assignments. Our Training Officers and Operations Officers supervise this on Job
Training at various sites.
